Do I need to change my CRM?
No. Export a CSV from Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, HubSpot, GoHighLevel or a spreadsheet and upload it. Direct integrations are on the roadmap; we don't have them yet.
Who do the emails come from?
From your business, on your own domain (for example hello@yourcompany.com). Replies go straight to your inbox. LeadWake is never named in the email.
What does the free test include?
Upload up to 1,000 contacts and we email the 200 oldest with a 4-email sequence you approve. No credit card. If it books nothing, you've lost nothing.
Is this legal under CAN-SPAM?
Every email includes your postal address and a one-click unsubscribe, opt-outs are honored instantly, and subject lines are honest. You confirm you have the right to email your list. We don't send texts.
What happens to my list?
Your CSV is trimmed in your browser. We only receive first name, email, city/ZIP, last-contact date and trade. It's encrypted with a key unique to your workspace, never sold or shared, and never shown to the AI.
Can I delete everything?
Yes, in one click from Settings. We destroy your workspace's encryption key and give you a deletion receipt.
Will this hurt my domain's reputation?
We check addresses before sending, warm up slowly (50 emails on day one), and pause automatically if bounces or spam complaints rise.
